How much will this cost?
As a Living Wage Foundation employer we recognise the importance of affordability to employees and employers. We have therefore aligned our prices with the National Living Wage and will never take action to increase them.
For less than the yearly cost of 0.25 full time employees7, our SME package can provide benefits for your entire workforce. Compare this to the high cost and disruption of replacing just one employee.
